SATURDAY 31ST JULY 2021 AT Harewood Village Hall, LS17 9LJ
Vet in attendance: Paul McPherson  For appointments phone Anne on 07976 335930

Please scan your registration document so all details can be checked for accuracy beforehand and either post a copy (not the original) or scan it and email it to the Hon. Secretary (details at the bottom of page). You will also need to bring the original document to the test.

Please note: Gonioscopy tests will not be available at this clinic. This test is required every 3 years for certain breeds including the following gundogs:

Hungarian Vizsla; Flat Coated Retriever; Golden Retriever; Cocker Spaniel; American Cocker; English Springer; Welsh Springer; Spanish Water Dog. The usual tests are still required each year.

Payment can be made either by cheque (payable to Three Ridings Labrador Club) and sent beforehand (see address below) or by phone to pay by credit or debit card. This payment will go through my business account as the club does not have this facility: you will be given your receipt on the day of the test – this will go through as Canine Therapies. A copy of your receipt will also be given to the club’s treasurer so there is complete transparency.

For members of Three Ridings the cost is £45.00 per dog.
The cost for non-members is £50.00 per dog.
NB: Payments should be received no later than 24th July
