You can apply for Membership by completing the application form and either posting or scan and email to the Membership Secretary (details on the form)

There are three categories of Membership:
Full – single £10 & joint £12 plus £10 one off  joining fee
Junior (16 yrs max) – £5
Friends of Three Ridings (Associate Member) – £5 per annum single £10 per annum family (2 adults & 3 children under 16 years)

Annual Membership:
Membership runs from 1 January until 31 December each year, regardless of initial joining date.
Renewal payments must be by Bank Standing Order (form available on the website) or BACs account details can be found on application form. All members are allocated a Membership Number to be used as reference with renewal payments.
Please note:

  • Email is the clubs preferred method of communication for both environmental and economic reasons, if you do not wish to receive communications via email please indicate on the application form.
  • Proposer and Seconder must be fully paid up members of the club. If you are applying online, their support will be verified prior to acceptance of membership.
  • It is the members responsibility to inform the Membership Secretary of changes in contact information.

On receipt of your fully completed application and payment of the relevant membership & joining fee you will become a provisional member of the club pending approval by the General and Working Committees enabling you to compete and take part in club activities. New Member applications are circulated by email to Committee Members monthly, following approval you will receive a Welcome Pack from the Club President.

Please provide an email address that you have access to as the preferred method of contact is email and communications will only be posted if no email is supplied.

As of 2021 the preferred method of submitting Membership Applications is via email with the form or photo of the form attached and BACs payment. If you are unable to submit your form this way, please phone 07534711958, you will be asked a couple of security questions before being giving personal address information for the Membership Secretary. This is for security purposes and data protection.
